Meet Ingrid Bartolain

I bought my first pre-construction condo in San Jose del Cabo in 1986. 

I moved down full time in 1990.  Yes, it was completely different and small community back then.  However, you can still get your foot in the door and find an investment that is still affordable. 

In 1991 I purchased a piece of land.   

In 1997 I purchases a 3.5 acre organic farm.

In 2000 I purchased a 2nd condo.

In 2018 I purchased 2 more condos and a historical building.

In my 37 years of investing in Mexico I've purchased properties using Fideicomisos, Foreign Corporations, Notaries, Lawyers and many accountants.  I have dual citizenship in the USA and Mexico.  I can certainly help you with any property transactions.  And I am not the kind of Agent who disappears on you after closing.  I continue to help you with anything you need and have lists of furniture stores, hurricane shutters companies, property managers, plumbers, electricians, etc!

I had a property and vacation rental company in 1990, when there were only 5 companies in town.  I owned the company for 20 years.  I also was the Homeowners Association Manager for Casa del Mar Phase 2 and several others.
